Lincoln-Way Art Selected for Online Art Gallery

Seven Lincoln-Way students have artwork in the Northern Illinois University virtual art show. Artwork can be viewed in a virtual art gallery accessed at www.niu.edu/olson-gallery. The show will be available for viewing from November 5-21.

High school teachers in the northern Illinois region were invited to submit up to two pieces of student artwork in the show. Lincoln-Way students with work in the show:
• Jenna Davis - Lincoln-Way West
• Olivia Freiberg - Lincoln-Way Central
• Arnie Grunert - Lincoln-Way East
• Cara Hansen - Lincoln-Way Central
• Luke Munn - Lincoln-Way West
• Kendall Rusch - Lincoln-Way East
• Amani Hammoud Saavedra - Lincoln-Way Central

“The NIU High School exhibition is a creative opportunity for us to continue to showcase the talent and hard work of our students. We are appreciative to NIU for finding a way to continue the exhibition during these challenging times,” said Phil Labriola, Lincoln-Way Art Department Chair.
